Polish babe Paula recently swung by Sydney, and while here ticked off every major attraction we have on offer, from the Sydney Harbour Bridge to Taronga Zoo. Aside from being the ultimate tourist, she took a minute out to hang out with us in a park in Marrickville for the day.
The sun reared its lit head for the occasion, and with a perfect blue sky as the backdrop, we dressed her up in a bunch of fun neon clothes and asked her a series of very ~illuminating~ questions. Cop the results above, and get to know her better below—we dare you!
What's your name, and your nickname?
My real name is Paulina, but my family and friends call me Paula.

How long have you been modelling for?
I’ve been modelling for four years.
Modelingiem zajmuję się od 4 lat.
What do you like to get up to outside of modelling?
I finished school last year, so now I have been travelling and modelling. During my spare time, I enjoy cooking. I often watch cooking programmes to learn new cooking techniques and learn about new dishes. I also like to play sports—my favourites are volleyball, swimming, and basketball.
W zeszłym roku skończyłam szkołę i od tego czasu dużo podróżowałam i zajmowałam się modelingiem. W wolnym czasie lubię gotować. Często oglądam programy kulinarne, żeby nauczyć się nowych technik gotowania i poznać nowe potrawy. Uprawiam też sport – bardzo lubię siatkówkę, pływanie i koszykówkę.
What's your favourite food?
I love traditional polish cuisine. My favorite dish is pierogi (polish dumplings). It’s made of thinly rolled-out dough filled with a variety of fillings. The most popular fillings are meat, seasonal fruits, sauerkraut and mushrooms, and boiled potatoes with fried onions or cottage cheese.
Uwielbiam tradycyjną, polską kuchnię. A najbardziej lubię pierogi. Robi się je z cienko rozwałkowanego ciasta, w które zawija się różne nadzienie. Najbardziej popularne pierogi to te z mięsem, owocami, kapustą i grzybami, ziemniakami i cebulą albo twarogiem.

My family.

I see you recently visited Australia! What did you get up to while you were here? What was your favourite thing about Australia?
The Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Sydney Tower and Taronga Zoo were on my must-do list, so it was really nice being able to see all those attractions. I really love all the spectacular golden sand beaches on the coast of Sydney. I took the short trip out to Bondi Beach, and for a different beach experience, I took the ferry to Manly.
Słynna Opera, most Harbour Bridge, Okrągłe Nabrzeże, dzielnica Darling Harbour, wieża Sydney Tower i Taronga Zoo – wszystkie te miejsca była na mojej liście “do odwiedzenia”, więc musiałam je zobaczyć. Szczególnie zachwycona byłam piaszczystymi, złotymi plażami na wybrzeżu. Wybrałam się również na krótką wycieczkę na plażę Bondi, a także promem do Manly, gdzie mogłam zobaczyć drugą najpiękniejszą plażę w Sydney.
What music do you like to listen to?
My favorite kind of music is pop. I listen to feel-good pop, with a catchy beat that I really enjoy listening to. It helps me to calm down and fall asleep sometimes ☺.
Najbardziej lubię muzykę pop. Lubię słuchać dobrego popu z chwytliwym beatem, który wciąga. Pomaga mi się uspokoić, a czasami nawet zasnąć ☺.
What do you like to do in Poland?
I love spending time with my family. My parents and siblings mean everything to me. I also like to hang out with my friends.
Uwielbiam spędzać czas z rodziną. Rodzice i rodzeństwo są dla mnie wszystkim. Lubię też czasem wyjść gdzieś ze znajomymi.
What are you most excited for in 2018?
Just pursuing my dreams, enjoying myself, and working on my career.
Chciałabym dalej spełniać swoje marzenia, czerpać radość z życia i rozwijać się zawodowo.
