Auteur Studio returned to the runway for Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2022 with an 'ode to nature' — offering a modern and futuristic take on dressing up for after dark (or for a fancy trip to the supermarket). The show more than delivered a tone of 'escapism and wonder' and our mate Phoebe Wolfe was on the ground to get amongst the action.
Backstage there were organic shapes and cut-outs, juxtaposed with modern silhouettes and lustrous metallics — and CPC friends Nylow Ajing and Marlo Hsieh were on hand to dazzle in the new season designs.
After over two years of on-and-off lockdowns, Auteur Studio's collection evokes a desire to get out there and connect with something beyond us — in our best outfits, of course!
