What do you get when you mix our fave girl Akiima, cute new face Rio Thake (who just walked for Calvin Klein in NYC) in a sonic tee and a bunch of bright colours, 80s shapes and ocean-inspired materials? Fyodor Golan’s backstage is what.
Inspired by the ocean (and water as a source of progression), the collection featured typical castaway materials like seashells and pearls, and mixed surfy details with soft silks. The label also collaborated with SEGA to bring you all those 90s feels, and ‘Plastic Oceans UK’ to shine the light on plastic waste. The latter of which who helped the label collect harmful abandoned fishing nets, which were used for the set. Cooooooool!
One thing is for sure: it’s making us excited for summer her Down Under!
