The first cab off the rank at NYFW this year was knitwear brand PH5. Talk about saving the best for first!
We got our daily serving of fruit and veg, care of their exquisite decorations, and hung with a whole host of hunnies, some familiar (Faye Nielsen), and some new (Jazzelle Zanaughtti). Our noses were in scent heaven, with hints of rose and mint floating through the air. The collection itself made us want to hightail it the Hamptons to do nothing but drink Pimms, catch a game of tennis, and lounge about in dappled sun. There was plenty of evidence of the brand’s ability to fuse whimsy with manipulated knitwear, but the real hero on the day was that brown and silver striped, collared dress. F-A-B.
