PRETTY COOL: Burberry's Patchwork Sweater
There’s no greater feeling than snuggling up under a patchwork quilt on the couch, a cup of hot chocolate in one hand, a book in the other, and the sound of a fire faintly crackling in the background.
Unfortunately ~adult life~ and all the responsibilities that come with it gets in the way of living out this dream 24/7. Eugh, lame! But, lucky for us, Burberry has made the next best thing—this delightfully comfy (and super duper fun) patchwork sweater that you won’t want to take off for the entirety of winter. All your favourite colours feature on it, and with its turtleneck finish, it’s essentially like receiving a big bear hug from your loved one that goes on forever.
We couldn’t think of anyone more fitting to take the jumper for a spin than Atlanta honey Merry Mae. See it in action above (feat. irrefutable proof that it’s the best jumper to read books in), then get to know the cutie doing it justice a lil’ better below.
Nickname: Merry Jane
Star sign: Pisces
Where are you originally from, and where do you live now?
I’m from Atlanta, GA. I haven’t been staying in one place for too long, but I spend most of my downtime in Atlanta with my cats (Blue and Azul).
What’s your favourite thing about Atlanta?
It’s the city where Young Thug is from (aka the love of my life.)
How do you like to spend your time outside of modelling?
Hanging out with friends and cuddling on my babies (Blue and Azul).
What was the best thing about your time in Sydney?
I can’t decide on just one thing! Feeding kangaroos and petting a koala were definitely on my bucket list, (like everyone else, I’m sure [laughs]), so it was cool being able to do that! But, I also loved going to Hillsong Church (which was also on my bucket list) and I met the most amazing friends and people there!
What are you most excited for in 2018?
Just growing as a person and working on my career, reaching all my goals no big deal.
