“DAYUMMM, GIRL” was the first thing that sprung to mind when we first saw cutie pie Emilia in head-to-toe in Missoni in Milan. And can you blame us? It’s the lewk equivalent of a triple shot cappuccino (i.e. very, very strong!).
Things went to a very tonal place when we put the swedish angel in matching leather Missoni print pants, jacket and matching wide-brim hat, a sheer black blouse and cowboy boots, in front of the most beautiful sandstone building imaginable. Love you, Missoni. Love you, Milan!

Whereabouts are you from, and where do you live now?
I’m from Gothenbourg, and that’s where I’m based right now as well (because I’m studying).
Where are your favourite spots to eat, drink and shop in Milan?
I like that it’s a quite small city so you fast learn how to get around. The Italian vibe in the city is also another beautiful thing. One of my favourite places to hangout with my friends and eat is Juice Bar, which close to Duomo. They’ve got really fresh and healthy food, and comfy sofas. My favourite place to go shopping is probably Porta Ticinese—there’s lots of cool stores with some Scandinavian brands actually.
What is one thing you miss most about home?
The pantry at home. I don’t have the same range of necessary spices and stuff in my little kitchen at the models apartment, so the food is kind of tasteless mostly [laughs]. And, of course, my friends and family :).
What does the rest of 2018 have in store for you?
I’m starting my last year of high school at the end of August. Besides that, I hope to travel for work during fall as well—hopefully Milan and Paris.
What do you like to get up to outside of modelling?
I love to socialise with my friends over a coffee, go to vintage-stores, and sometimes paint.
In what outfit do you feel most yourself?
Either in something completely black or straight-fitted clothes (i.e. unisex) with one of my bum bags.
What social or cultural issues are most important to you at the moment, and why?
Something that bothers me is the fact that there’s still people that cannot accept the diversity of humans when it comes to love. I saw pictures from the pride-festival that was held in Milan not too long ago, and it was all pure love and happiness. I think it’s a beautiful thing that people appreciate and show support at these events, even if it all should be an obvious thing everyday.
What's the coolest thing you've learned recently?
That italians only drink cappuccino in the morning and NEVER after that. No wonder anymore why I get stares by the barista when I’m ordering a soy-cappuccino at 3pm.
