From its beginning as a swimwear brand specialising in minimalist designs and collectable separates , Matteau has grown into a go-to for the timeless sophisticate. Matteau's Edition 2, 2022 is inspired by a cool kind of escapism. The brand's Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2022 presentation featured new faces Tari Eatonn and Charisse Mone, in a space laid with sand-coloured carpet and a beach scene splayed across the back wall. A beachy soundtrack completed the mood, leaving guests momentarily transported to more relaxing times and looking forward to summer.
